The house is 2800 square feet and is situated on approximately 25 wooded acres, which includes a spectacular private waterfall that cascades from the towering cliffs of the fourteener Sunshine Peak above your home.  Keep a sharp lookout for our Rocky Mountain Goats and Big Horns that frequent the San Juan mountain cliffs. As you pass through the Log Entrance into Sunshine Falls and rattle up the rocky drive, our guests are treated to an incredible experience of the rugged beauty of Colorado in the most remote, least populated County in the US.  From the expansive windows and the comfortable amenities of your own home or from the lower or upper home sites (that are perfect for campouts, picnics, weddings or receptions), the panoramic views of the Sherman Town Site valley, the skyscraping mountain divide, the South Fork of the Gunnison river, or the quiet beaver ponds below, are breath-taking from this hillside property and put you and your loved-ones “above it all”.
